Information about the Islamic Museum: The Museum of Islamic Art includes the largest and most wonderful collection of Islamic antiquities in the world. The idea of ​​collecting and displaying Islamic antiquities began in 1880 AD, from which the museum building was established and opened in 1903 AD during the reign of Khedive Abbas Hilmi II. Its facade was designed in the style of the facades of Mamluk architecture, and it is located next to the National Book House building.
